invscout should report on currently active system firmware, not the accepted one

Currently invscout report is based on the accepted system firmware level (one stored on the permanent side of the hypervisor), instead of the active (booted from).

Example:

[root@server:/home/root(4)]# lsmcode -A | grep sys0

sys0!system:VL950_105 (t) VL950_075 (p) VL950_105 (t)

-> VL950_105 is installed on the temporary side, and it is currently active

invscout, on the other hand, still suggest the firmware needs an update:

[root@server:/home/root(5)]# egrep '^(L|-|sys0)' /var/adm/invscout/invs.mrrup

Logic Database Version: 2.2.0.2

Logical Current Level Available Level Effect Suggested Action Device

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

sys0 VL950_075 VL950_105 Reboot Update 5105-22E; 9008-22L; 9009-22A; 9009-22G; 9009-41A; 9009-

-> it looks like it's getting the "Current Level" value from the accepted firmware version, not the currently active one. This leads to a false "Suggested Action" that requests an Update.
