Need ability to sync from AIX File system cache in memory to disk when needed

When having filesystems with multiple TB of size and have a big read/update activity depending on the size of VM and his %Maxperm when shut down AIX and it comes to the umount point it might take hours before everyting is synched to disk. It should be possible to start a sync flush to disk so shutdown will be faster. This was implemented by IBM Mathew Accapadi accapadi@us.ibm.com in the perfpmr tool and should be part of standard AIX.
