Request for better messaging during the liveupdate (LKU) process

Apple needs a way to determine if AIX LKU is taking too long during the blackout phase.  A separate idea AIX-I-685 is open for adding a timeout value, and this RFE is open to break out the separate request from Apple for more information during the blackout phase, if possible.  If there is a timer implemented from AIX-I-685, a countdown from initiating LKU to the time to failure might be possible to meet this request, if Apple agrees that would be sufficient.  As of 6/13/23 the response to the request for improved messaging is that Development will investigate potential improvements, but possibilities during the blackout period are limited.

    Apple added two new CSP Cases to support this Idea / RFE: TS013536008 and TS013535480.

    These are specifically opened because the blackout period takes too long in AIX LKU.
