Replace the existing smbc generic mount error with specific errors

Instead of the generic error message that the smbc mount helper prints for almost all mount problems, it should instead print separate messages for each of the various reasons mount operations can fail.  For example, a failure to authenticate the user, a failure to get a TGT for the SPN, a failure to verify the identity of the SMB server (this happens as the last step before smbcd returns success or failure), TCP connection errors (ETIMEDOUT, ECONNRESET).  There are many more such possibilities.

Doing this improves RAS, speeding resolution of customer cases.  It is useful for both customers and AIX support.  It will also greatly help us create AI models to get customers suggested solutions before they even open a case.
