Enabling FDMI hostname visibility for NPIV

FDMI is most commonly used for hostname visibility from SAN ports. This visibility can be used for checking the hostname from SAN and for automation of SAN provisioning with end to end processes. Currently only physical HBA on AIX can provide FDMI hostname but NPIV ports do not provide this information(All other operating systems provide this information). For full automation of host provisioning, FDMI hostname will be useful information otherwise there will be no possibility to get the information of host without logging into AIX host and gathering information and checking HBA info from SAN.

I support this too, it is nearly available on all op systems, it would be nice if AIX also provides full support.
