PMR visualizer and analytics

In a company with compute resources in many countries where system administrators, both employees and sourced resources, create SR´s with their own ibm id. The total ongoing PMR´s cannot be global view-able by everyone in the team as of today.

I would like to be able to search all our PMR´s reported in and their status. I also need to be able to search and create reports on PMR´s ongoing and closed.

RFE should be on Support Services but I did not find that among the products.

    AIX no longer uses PMRs to track client issues. Salesforce is now the current tool in use. If needed, the RFE should be resubmitted with an enhancement requests specific to current salesforce capabilities.
