NIM-HTTP-Service: Feature to change the temporary download location

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Currently a small package installation via NIM-HTTP will cause a download of the whole lpp_source (>8GB) into /tmp/_nim_dir_$$.

This is very inefficient, slow and always needs lot's of space in /tmp.

A small and quick feature gain would be a possibility to change the download location via variable or by using a symlink. Caching data would also be great for these actions. The possibility of selectiv download would also be helpful.

Reproduce the above with:

SWpackage=bos.content_list # or anything else

LPP=lpp-7200-05-09

nimclient -o cust -a lpp_source=$LPP -a filesets=$SWpackage

Now watch the /tmp FS using "df /tmp" to see it is filling up with the FULL lpp_source.
