Request for Documentation and Official Support of `uuid_create_os()` in the Standard Library of AIX 7.3

When generating UUIDs in C++, we previously used `uuid_create()`. However, this function was unable to generate UUIDs of Version 4, which did not meet our requirements. After consulting with STSS regarding this issue, we were introduced to the `uuid_create_os()` function. We confirmed that it satisfies our requirements, using `uuid_create_os()`. 

However, we also received the following guidance from STSS:

Since `uuid_create_os()` is not documented in the manual, it is not intended for customer use. If you would like this function to be documented in the manual, please submit a request through IBM Ideas.

We would appreciate it if you could consider the following regarding `uuid_create_os()`:

- Inclusion of this function in the official manual

- Provision of support equivalent to other AIX libraries (e.g., security patches, response to inquiries, etc.)
