More recent build of rsyslog than 8.2212 on MRS site. Primary feature: better wildcard support

Package newer version of rsyslog than 8.2212.0 (aka 2022.12) available on MRS site as of July2026. At least version 8.25 to more fully support wildcards. From the rsyslog docs:

"Historically, versions prior to 8.25.0 had limitations, supporting wildcards only in the filename part and not in directory paths."

Tivoli Workload Scheduler creates audit files with names "YYYYMMDD" format and doesn't have config options to change filename format. Would like to use module imfile and full wildcard support to forward audit files to central log analyzer.
