aixpert check_report.txt rotation

aixpert has always had a check_compliance argument (-c). Among other areas, such as stdout, aixpert also appends results to the file /etc/security/aixpert/check_report.txt. This file "grows and grows" and has the potential to fill the / (hd4) filesystem.

Having an option/default to rotate the check_report.txt file makes the resource management more manageable and may prevent / (root) from becoming 100% full

Hi, Michael, I believe this can be achieved by a cron job, monitoring the file size, if it becomes too big then just preserve the most recent records in a backup file, and truncate the original one.
