KDB truncates host names in vfcs

When issuing vfcs to kdb, it will truncate the host names if the vio name is longer than 10 characters. This should be either a dynamic field as is present for the cvai input or a minimum of 16 characters.

Example output:
(0)> vfcs
NAME ADDRESS STATE HOST HOST_ADAP OPENED NUM_ACTIVE
fcs0 0xF1000A000025E000 0x0008 cmh1vavio0vfchost5 0x01 0x0000

.IBM has evaluated the priority of this enhancement proposal relative to other future product content and determined that this RFE will not be pursued for a future product release
