runtime fsck for JFS2

Provide a JFS2 fsck which can be run while the filesystem is still mounted. This would help tremendously to help system admins detect corruption in their filesystems
The present request would be for a read-only fsck which would detect problem. This would be more realistic to do then to try a runtime fsck that can also fix problems. Methods for how to fix discovered problems would be determined in other RFEs

HA checks the fs log on bringup. Any issues from crash revovery are handled by that.

If you get jfs2 errors after failover, then you probably have an unsupported config (split brain, no jfs log, snapshots without consistency groups, etc.)

As for a fsck of a mounted filesystem, you can sync, freeze, snapshot, thaw, fsck.

Anything else is asking for magic that no os vendor supports. You can always do feck -n, but you will get unreliable results since some of the fs is in ram. Windows does VSS or unmounts, ext, xfs, etc.
