IBM Cloud Support Notifications

When sending email updates on support cases, can you include the current case status (maybe former too)? I ask because, often I create cases and your team will update it in the portal to say they are researching or something similar. I then get an email stating an action was taken on my case only to find out nothing really changed. Having the case status in the email would save me the time of logging in and checking within the portal.

    I have no idea which part of IBM it is for. I see this whenever I submit a support case with cloud.ibm.com for any of my resources.

    Hello!

    Since I am a consumer of IBM's products, I have no idea which this applies to. The URL within the portal that displays this information is https://cloud.ibm.com/unifiedsupport/cases.

    Hi Rob,

    Can you specify if this is specific to product IBM Cloud Management Console (CMC)? From the attachment, it looks like its for IBM Cloud in general, in which case, CMC is probably not the the right product for this idea.
