RELATED IDEAS

IP adresses shall not be collected from client HMC

For security considerations, LPAR name and IP's adress shall not be collected from client HMC's.

That's informations not needed on CMC and are very critical for client, only id of LPAR and frame name can be used.

    Hi,

    Additional attribute masking has been added with latest updates of CMC and HMC to mask LPAR name/System names.

    Hi,

    CMC already supports filtering out LPAR IP address. It can be specified under CMC -> Settings -> Cloud Connector -> Data Filters. More data filters will be added in a future release.
