E-mail about CMC socket subscription expiring lacks vital information

There are e-mails being sent out by CMC to warn us about expiring CMC socket subscriptions. We run into the problem that the e-mail lacks vital information to take immediate action. The e-mail currenty lists the number of sockets that are affected (in our recent case 32) and it lists all systems (by serial number) with the number of sockets that are currently under subscription. Bottom line tells us the total number of CMC socket subscriptions.

It however does not limit the list to the ones for which the subscription will expire, or flag the ones that expire. If you buy all systems (or start subscriptions) on the same date and they all expire, that is no issue. But we purchase systems almost every year and not always in the same month, so what the CMC e-mail basically tells us is that "32 of your 116 sockets will have CMC subscription expire within 30 days". It is up to us, using spreadsheets listing date of purchase (of the subscription) etc. to find out which systems are affected, or contact IBM for help.

I think it should not be difficult to "flag" the systems for which socket subscriptions will expire within 30 days by making the line a different color, or add something like (expires MM/DD/YYYY) at the end of the line for the expiring subscriptions, that would save loads of time for everybody getting these e-mails.
