Manage key exchange algorithm in chhmcencr command

Current chhmcencr has restriction to manage key exchange algorithm. based on the manual:
Usage: chhmcencr -c passwd | webui | ssh | sshmac
-o a | r | s
-e <encryption>

As the parameter indicated above, it is managing password encryption, webui encryption ciphers, ssh encryption ciphers, and sshmac algorithms.

All those parameters are /etc/ssh/sshd_config configurables as key exchange algorithms (kexalgorithms) is but we don't see chhmcencr or any other CLI command handle this very important security aspect

Please add following parameters to chhmcencr command to add / remove a key exchange algorithm, for example:

>chhmcencr -c keyex -o r diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
>chhmcencr -c keyex -o a diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
