HMC offload

vHMC unable to offload problem data to USB.

    vHMC version 8.7 with latest fix has no possibility to offload problem data through FTP. Only USB and CallHome offload available. VHMc running on VMware, but it's unable to attach USB to the virtual host using IBM guide.
    So FTP offload should be added as an option for HMC problem logs offload.

    There is support for FTP and USB offload already. Can you specify more details on what is the failure and which version of vHMC, what Hypervisor was used etc ?
