HMC: issues with pedbg file

When creating pedbg file, bash history for all users is collected. This is not documented in as transmitted data.
In addition, pedbg file is not encrypted.

    Document at is not meant to be a list of all possible files collected in pedbg. There is no plans currently to update the list. However, the clear text password issue bash history will be fixed with another RFE 200252 and permissions on the pedbg file will be updated to make it not world readable.
