installios should support mirrored rootvg

When using installios to restore a nim_resources.tar, if the source VIO server mksysb is for a mirrored rootvg, then installios will hang, time out, and abort.

Checking the vterm will show that hd5 could not be created. Using a maint mode option, the fix is to extendvg onto the second disk, and then manually create hd5.

exit from there will resume the install if the nfs share was not clobbered. (NFS will persist on the first system if you are running two installios commands simultaneously, but the second one, or the single one, will unexport and clean up.)

    Hi,

We have evaluated this request and is part of a long term roadmap, hence marking as Uncommitted Candidate for now.

    Thanks.
