LPM CLI validate - choose highest speed pair for MSP.

We had a case wherein using CLI LPM, we only chose a single MSP. LPM added a secondary MSP, but the MSP chosen was the 1gb mgmt interface of the VIO servers. this caused us problems, and is also not optimal. LPM should choose the fastest interfaces available for primary, and secondary MSP. Also, on the CLI, there is no way to know what pairing was made, unless YOU specify both primary and secondary MSP's. I would also like to see the CLI validation return the MSP pairing that was used for validation, and in turn the migration. The UI, should also choose the *best* pairing (fastest). When using the UI for LPM, we always go in to the secondary MSP, and modify to the most appropriate pairing.
