Add an option to set the desired mode for the LinkAggregation in the templates while deploying

When using the HMC System Templates there is no option to correctly setup LACP (8023ad). There is no option to set the desired mode for the LinkAggregation in the templates before or while deploying The system will default to “standard” . During deployment you can create the LACP (it works fine, but only the “standard” IEEE option). Later on, after the deployment, you will have the option from the drop down to change it. But this will require a down time, as the interface already has been configured.

That's why it is important to have the option to make the changes and select the desired option of link aggregation in the template, or during the deployment, rather then change it later after the system has been deployed.
