Red flash and text "RMC connection: None?

HMC Version 9 Release 1 Service pack 931
Client has a red flash on all IBM i partitions and the text “RMC connection: None”

As I understand only VIOS, AIX and Linux is using RMC connections and not IBM i, so it is very misleading to have the red flash visible when in fact nothing is wrong.
Please see attached picture from clients GUI.

Note that this is not the same Gui problem that was fixed in service pack 931, MH01831.
“Fix to remove the message “No RMC Connection” text for IBMi partitions in the Dashboard gallery view.”

    Hi,

    This is a defect and a defect has been opened internally to track and fix this issue of red flash icon being shown in "information" section.
