Create button in HMC to receive VIOS snap

In HMC it would be nice to have a menu entry for creating a snap for VIO Servers.
These snaps are usually only needed for IBM support cases.
It should be possible by one click to create and store or email a snap from VIOS.

    Hi,

    We have a command in HMC lpardbg which can collect VIOS snap / FFDC data. Please look at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/power10?topic=commands-lpardbg.

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that should be addressed.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

    Administrator must have the ability to select options such as:

    - If the VIO server is using Shared Storage pool, then the cluster backup data also needed to be backed up.
    - user-defined virtual devices by using the viosbr command
