Read CPU Feature on HMC via API

The HMC API is a great way to gather information about systems and partitions, including processor pools and profile information.

We're using this to collect information from many HMCs in a single database.

The processor feature is currently not available, only the number of available cores. This does not allow to match a CPW/rPerf value against the system.

Please add a value to the API about processor feature and/or CPW/rPerf value per Core.
