Offer an HMC base image with the latest Servce Pack
When deploying multiple HMC's it is a time-consuming process to install the base version and apply all service packs and requisite fixes to get on the latest supported fix level (particularly on V9R1 to get to 9.4.2).
It would be nice to have the ability to obtain an image with the latest service pack for that version (ideally with the latest fix once available) to streamline the install process rather than requiring multiple restarts and patches to be applied post install of the base version. Useful when installing a new HMC device or recovering an HMC without a backup to speed up the recovery/build time or indeed performing a fresh install where a customer has fallen a long way behind on patching and a new install is preferable.
Even better would be for the user to create a custom image with settings such as language, keyboard layout, time zone, email alerting etc already defined which saves time on mass deployment and ensures a consistent build across a manged estate. A tool to modify the ISO image would be useful here.
