Redesign HMC welcome text to be unformatted or allow HTML tags

The HMC welcome text is automatically reformatted in the HMC web interface and does not met the layout conform the input file.

This RFE propose a redesign of the HMC web user interface to allow:

- Create a button to allow unformatted text so the layout on the HMC web home page is conform the input file.

or

Allow HTML tags in the input file for the HMC welcome text to control the layout of the welcome text in the HMC web UI.

For example. The current predefined formatting rule ignores new line characters. So all new lines are displayed as one single line except if there is a empty line before the text line.
