Yes completly agree, was a very usefull function, also we miss this feature now.
This request is being considered in our roadmap for Usability improvements
Thanks.
Hi, thanks for replying!
So it was not soo much an issue of "finding menu's", but rather a way to group and visualize our similar (i.e. Production P9, etc.) systems quickly with NO additional clicks (i.e. viewing them no matter the page option that's selected. Currently w/o Pins, its not possible to see our customized groupings of systems without going through the steps to expand and find these resources! Alternatively, with Pins, we dont have to click at all to constantly "view" our grouped systems. It's always visible, which is the main purpose of this Pins feature IMO. I really dont see any other option being able to replace this feature, but will be happy to answer any other questions or ideas.
Hi Shane,
We will evaluate adding the feature back. Can you please provide inputs on if the feature was primarily used because of complexity in finding menus and doing multiple clicks? If the number of clicks required to get to certain page is reduced, would you still use the Pins feature ?
Thanks.
This lost feature in V10 HMC code should never of happened as it increases workflow rather than diminishing it. Continual efforts on the part of the developer should be to always make it easier, quicker, more efficient for the user base, so I am at a quandary as to why this valuable feature was removed.
