HMC Callhome, event notifications and classifications

After setup of HMC event notifications, to see what's going on (heads up), I now get loads of mail (where many are more or less “info” / reboot HMC only solution).

Then We need to go to google and look it up, important or not.

Licensed Internal Code failure on the Hardware Management Console (HMC).

Memory Alert; percent of total memory in use is over the allowed threshold Error reason = percent in use scaled by 10.
Problem determination
Call your next level of support.

Maybe those two parts could be connected, inside the event notification mail.
Also, it would be interesting in which of the “errors” actually go the “whole way” and results in a true incident where IBM calls us.
Also, it would be good to separate HMC issues from Power Systems issues.
