Move away from VFAT file system on USB devices on the HMC
The current VFAT filesystem used when formatting a USB stick on the HMC supports a maximum file size of 4GB. ISO images for updates now exceed this limit (e.g MF70257 for V10R1M1020 is 4.24GB). This means a USB device formatted on the HMC can no longer be used as a method of performing updates. Suggest adding support for a more modern filesystem which allows large files so this can remain a valid option when the USB method is required.
