Offer Windows USB recovery media tool for the HMC

IBM only offer a Linux method of creating a USB bootable recovery image for the HMC (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6454883). It would be good to have a media creation tool for Windows which can take the ISO recovery image and format the USB to the correct standard for ease.

    I see this has now been delivered as part of the following: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7092036 where an image file has been provided. I have tested this method and can confirm it works. Please can I ask this be included in future releases (currently only for V10R3 which was the latest version at the time this comment was posted).
