HMC V10R2 - Serviceable events icon panel shows past closed events as open

Hi,

We are currently running V10R2M1040.

Like very much the new UI after upgrading from V9. Have noticed a few 'quirks' though, one being the following:

When clicking on the spanner icon in the top right of the header, it opens the Serviceable events drawer that shows at the top the number of open events i.e. (5 Open). Underneath are listed the problem numbers with a little amber coloured square next to each one.

Pressing the refresh button does not change the status of the shown problems.

The thing is that all the problems shown had all been closed days ago, confirmed from the display from the navigation menu option 'Serviceable events'.

Unless I am missing something, will this be fixed?

    This is a defect and will be fixed in upcoming releases/service packs.
