Customer able to change default behaviour for LPAR's at restart (kernel dump, reboot behaviour, and startup profiles, for example)

In order to enhance the possibilities of tracing the origin of errors when something in the kernel (or a piece of software) seems to hang, it would be beneficial to be able to change the default behaviour for restarting an LPAR to "dump" - this could be implemented as a general setting on the HMC. The wish arises, as people on oncall have another business focus than tracing root causes, and they will just restart the LPAR if it "hangs", thereby losing the dump information. If AIX admins could afterwards collect the dump with snap, we could get it analyzed.

In order to ensure that profile updates takes effect on restart, it would be beneficial to be able to change the default behaviour when starting an LPAR from starting from the running profile to start from the saved profile, as dynamic memory settings (max) still cannot be changed while running. Also, a possibility to set the default reboot behaviour to start from a saved profile, would be of great benefit to me, rather than having to schedule a manual stop/start.
