Add Preview option on HMC Update before committing to the update

The current HMC V10R3.1060.3 does NOT allow for a Preview/confirmation when starting an HMC Update task.

The user enters the HMC iso file location/user credentials and then offers only the "Next" command to begin the upgrade without confirmation or the chance to cancel or back out.

Earlier versions would confirm the current version, the new version it discovered and will install AFTER explicit confirmation to continue or chance to back out.

We were staging HMC updates on a Production HMC and testing that the update image was what we intended (version, not corrupted, etc) and instead of a preview to confirm, the HMC upgrade was applied without a chance to back out. This was unintended and caused issues with the HMC where it had to be restored.

Our issues were documented in:

IBM Test Case TS017267193
