go directly in Virtual Fibre Channel instead of Virtual SCSI tab when going on LPAR Virtual Storage

When clicking on the LPAR, then virtual storage, the first tab virtual scsi is automatically selected.

In the majority of cases, we would rather use virtual storage channel tab first.

Can you change default to be virtual storage channel? or create option to change default so that we can choose whether to use Virtual SCSI by default or Virtual Fibre Channel ?

This would be a nice UI improvement for MSP's.
