enable drill-down to full-size view of per-LPAR "Usage trends" thumbnail-sized graphs from the PCM table

Currently in PCM views the HMC web UI shows graphs pertaining to the entire frame and a table of LPARs underneath with some thumbnail-sized per-LPAR utilization graphs. It should be possible to select one or more of these LPAR entries and view/"zoom" to a "full-sized" graph either of a single selected LPAR or a combined graph of the utilizations of several LPARs.

I use "zoom" metaphorically because literally zooming in / enlarging the thumbnail-sized graph does not provide anywhere near the desired/useful level of detail. So render as a fully-fledged graph with all the relevant controls rather than a static thumbnail image.
