REST API Certificate Automation

This is useful to customers looking to automate the renewals for HMC certificates.

    For certificate management HMC should be configurable and act as a ACME client for automatic cert management.

    +It is considered a best practice when if comes to PKI and TLS security posture
    +It has ongoing community-based enhancements and support

    The maximum validity period of TLS certificates is being reduced in line with global requirements. In the near future, certificate renewal will be required every 100 days, and later even more frequently. In this situation, manual certificate replacement across the infrastructure is not feasible, and automation using APIs is a necessity rather than a ‘nice‑to‑have’ feature.
