Perform integrity check of VIOS Fix Packs on install and/or transfer to HMC

During a recent VIOS update, we downloaded a fix pack ISO using Fix Central and transferred it to the HMC.

Turns out that the ISO was partially corrupted.
It was the correct size, and was mountable in various operating systems.
However, many files within were not readable.

The HMC was still willing to use it, presumably because the ISO was technically mountable.

This led to a failed/partial VIOS update.

Upon reporting to IBM, it was revealed that the checksum file present in the VIOS Fix Pack ISO is not used by the HMC.

The VIOS Release Notes recommend using a checksum verification process.
This process is not part of any documentation/help text related to the HMC VIOS update processes.  Doing so would require piecing together pieces from various IBM documentation to transfer the fixes to VIOS, verify the checksums on VIOS, purge the fixes on VIOS, then have the HMC do the update.

Rather than expecting customers to know better than the documentation, have the update process recognize the validity of a fix pack, read the checksums present on it, and perform the validation, before attempting the update.
