HMC Enh+ GUI and VIOS allowing duplicate SSP LU name

After attempting to create an LU and getting a generic failure, he checked by the HMC GUI at the Pool / Tier level if there was a LU created and no new LU SSP2T_D1 (LU name) was found. Because of the unclear message and the hint to try the procedure later again, he did try to create the LU a second time using the same task with the same LU Name. Still got a generic error to try again later.

Then he checked by VIOS CLI command and found two LU with the name SSP2T_D1 which was not shown at the HMC GUI. He had to delete both LU by VIOS CLI.

This should be avoided and the GUI should detect and solve the duplicate LU problem. Furthermore I would recommend not to allow the creation of a LU with the same name in the same SSP cluster. We don't understand why this is allowed.
