Dual HMC configuratrion with managed servers across two networked sites.

We have two HMC's in two separate sites. They managing the same managed systems as a dual-hmc configuration. The managed systems are also split across the two sites.
Calls home for systems can be a challenge for support reps to correctly place the calls sent to the field. Lost calls can result. Either HMC can call home for any of the systems and report incorrect address/location.
