add support for QaneSava/QaneRsta to accept multiple arguments for LIB parameter

I am using QaneSava API to save libraries.
I am using STRSAVSYNC and SYNCID option when I need to synchronize multiple libraries.
By using this approach I can synchronize up to 32 libraries using 32 QaneSava calls.

However, I have a requirements to synchronize 200-400 libraries.

When I am passing multiple libraries to QaneSava, the API returning error CPF3789: Only one library allowed with specified parameters.

This is command that is passed to QaneSava:

LIB(DZRST3 DZRST) UPDHST(*NO) PVTAUT(*NO) SAVACT(*SYNCLIB) OUTPUT(*NONE) SAVACTMSGQ(CVLIB/CV6335) SYNCID(CV6335) SAVACTWAIT(600 *LOCKWAIT *LOCKWAIT) SAVFDTA(*YES) QDTA(*NONE)

Same will work if I am using SAVLIB from a terminal and saving directly to a tape drive.


Use Case:

Save 320 libraries using QaneSava with SAVACT(*SYNCLIB) parameter and LIB parameter for each QaneSava call is set with 32 libraries.

    There are no plans at this time to implement multiple libraries support via the QaneSava API.
