Add LAN Console config to savsys in order to be able to ipl from savsys without loadsource

Currently standalone servers are using LAN Console as the console of choice, in many case where access to the disk loadsource fials for whatever reason it is a disaster to get LAN console up and running , you hav eto use the control panel functions.
Why not include the LAN console ip config to the savsys , so the customer can ipl their savsys in cases where there is no access to the disk load source.
Most customers do not know their config , it has been setup by other parties,...


Use Case:

We have seen many case in the field for TSS services where the load source failed and disks were not accessible, that LAN Console took many hours to setup, even worse is that with every IPL you need to do the
control panel trick again.Select 65 + 21+11 etc....
For most customers this was a one time setup and mostly done by BP´s and not the customer himself.
For most CE´s this is also a black hole as they do not do it enough.
Support for LAN Console is SW and not HW adding to the complexity of getting help/support, many involved parties...

    PTFs are now available for this support:
    IBM i 7.3 MF63575
    IBM i 7.2 MF63574
    IBM i 7.1 MF63573

    The PTF needs to be perm applied for it to work in the restore of savsys.

    The PTFs will be included in the next IBM i Technology Refresh PTF Groups (IBM i 7.3 TR 3 and IBM i 7.2 TR 7) and their corresponding resaves.

    The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM addresses this requirement and views this as a "medium" priority requirement. This is particularly important for small customers.
