Access Client Solutions - Hot spot - no message when file not found

If you have a screen with a hotspot and the file does not exist then you don't get a message that the file does not exist.

For example then you click on the hotspot:
FILE://myServer/drawing.pdf
and drawing.pdf does not exist on myServer you are not getting a message that the file does not exist. Actually nothing happens and you are just sitting waiting for the file to be shown.


Use Case:

When a user clicks on the hotspot a message should be shown that the file does not exist. Thus they don't have to wait unnecessarily.
