Enhance CMPPFM command

We currently use the CMPPFM command to provide an initial "sanity check" that data is replicated via our software correctly.

DB2 tables have used this without issue until we had a requirement to support BLOB column types where the CMPPFM command fails; see PMR for further information.

Use Case:

Customer's are now starting to use column types in DB2 tables that require additional processing for our software; such as BLOB & XML.

Before we release our software to customers it passes through QA verification where the CMPPFM command is used as a simple test that source and target table contents are identical. The command return code is examined for this and DB2 tables that use BLOB columns causes a failure and we reject the table as failing.

IBM believes that the request described has been solved and is available with IBM i 7.4 Db2 PTF Group SF99704 Level 7.

This PTF Group includes a QSYS2.COMPARE_FILE service that can be used to compare the content of 2 files. It also includes a new SQL function, HASH_ROW, that can be used as the basis for writing your own customized file compare.
