Add imbedded SQL to CL

Please add imbedded SQL precompiler support to CL.
With so many cool new Services out there it would really simplify CL to be able to easily access those services.
And many of those services would really help a "control" type language like CL.
Saying, just use another language is not desired.

Use Case:

Accessing services from SQL.
Deciding whether to call a processing program if the number of rows to process is known to be zero.
and more...

All embedded languages have pointer capabilities. CL has limited pointer support, making it very difficult for us to add the requested support.
However, recommend the use of the RUNSQL CL command in conjunction with the CREATE TABLE AS SQL statement, as a technique for CL programs to consume IBM i Services. The RUNSQL command would be initiated via a CALL QSYS2/QCMDEXC() procedure invocation.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

For more information about CAAC, see www.common.org/caac

For more details about CAAC's role with RFEs, see http://www.ibmsystemsmag.com/Blogs/i-Can/May-2017/COMMON-Americas-Advisory-Council-%28CAAC%29-and-RFEs/

Maybe instead of adding more and more stuff to the CL language (Subroutines, multiple files etc), it would be a good idea to allow execution of CL commands directly from RPG. So we will have everyting the RPG language has. nad everyting in one language.

Similar to EXEC SQL, EXEC CL. as simple as that.
