Add AFP Manager function to Navigator for i web User interface

Currently, IBM i Access for Windows i Navigator has "AFP Manager" function". This allows customer to import AFP resources from other platforms/tools in BINARY format. However, There is not equivalent function on Navigator for i web User interface. This is inconvenient for customers who create and import AFP resources from other platforms to IBM i.

Use Case:

There is no way to create AFP resources on IBM i environment. So the customer should create AFP resources on other platforms by using designer tools. To use such AFP resources with PSF/i. the customer needs to import AFP resources into IBM i. The easiest way is to use AFP manager function so far, especially, the customer who utilizes multiple AFP/PSF environments, because they do not care to target platform when compile AFP resouces.

IBM has no plans on adding this to the Navigator interface.
