PDF name in 'Printer Output' option

We use 'Printer Output' option to download Spool Files into PDF format. At present the downloaded PDF name is automated. It will be nice if user can able to define the PDF name. We would like to included 'User data' as one of the parameter along with current Spool File Name, Number, User etc,.


Use Case:

Our client system creates bulk of reports every end of day. When we download the spool file as PDF, it is difficult to differentiate some spool files which have same Spool file name with different User Data. Also we use User Data to identify the report.

    Our user generates several files a day with the same output name and same user data.

    When the user downloads multiple spool files to either TXT or PDF, the file is automatically named with the jobname and a unique identifier. It would be more helpful to use the date/time instead of the jobname. Please see the attached example.

    Thank you for submitting your Request For Enhancement. We understand the value of this RFE, but higher priority items have taken precedence. We are keeping this on our list for consideration in the near future.
