Add "Display Environment Variables" to Work with Job Command

Add OPTION(*ENVVAR) to the DSPJOB and WRKJOB commands and corresponding OPTION(*SELECT) Menus.

Use Case:

Working with CGI/Web app jobs, there is NO way to view the current Environment Variables (created view putenv() API) for any CGI job, or any job for that matter. Being able to view the Environment Variables via the WRKJOB and DSPJOB interfaces would add access that currently does not exist anywhere on the system.

This feature is currently available in release 7.3.
The new environment variable option is available on both DSPJOB and WRKJOB commands with OPTION(*ENVVAR) and on the display panel as option 22.
