This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

I have not found any "IBM Connections 5.0/5.5" in the product selection. Therefore, I have classified this as "ibm i".
Threads in the application forums should be sortable by date. It should be selectable by the user whether the newest posts should be displayed as first or last.
Some of our users write many posts in individual threads. The longer the threads become, the more must our users have to scroll or jump to the last page to see the newest posts. It was therefore the desire to make the contributions better sortable.

I have raised this request to Connections core team. They have an internal system to track different kinds of requirements. If you want to raise the priority of this and get more of their attention, you can open a PMR to state this to Connections core team directly. Because we do not support new Connections versions after 5.0 on IBM i anymore, I am closing this IBM i RFE for now. Thanks!
