Add parameter to RSTOBJ command

In the RSTOBJ command parameters it would be great to let you filter by attribute as well (FILEATR), in case you select *FILE would also specify the type (*PF, *LF, *PRTF, *DSPF, etc.)

OBJTYPE > *FILE
FILEATR > *PF


Use Case:

We usually have some requests to restore from backup only "data files", PF and LF, and command only let you select OBJTYPE *FILE, then also restores PRTFs, DSPFs, MSGFs, etc.

    IBM believes that the request described has been solved and is available with Release 7.2. The SELECT parameter was added to the RSTOBJ and RSTLIB commands. The attribute of the file or object can be specified on the SELECT parameter.
