Change defaults on CRTSQLxxxI commands for cross reference

On CRTSQLxxxI commands, the default is OPTION(*XREF), but this does nothing. The precompiler only generates a cross reference when OUTPUT(*PRINT) and OPTION(*XREF) is specified. here should be a command dependency for OUTPUT(*PRINT) when OPTION(*XREF) is specified. Since the current default is OPTION(*XREF), the default should probably be changed to OPTION(*NOXREF).

At the very least, the help text for *XREF on the OPTION parameter should note the dependency.

Even SupportLine couldn't answer the question for a couple weeks as to why no cross reference was generated with OPTION(*XREF).

Use Case:

Compile a program and specify OPTION(*XREF). If OUTPUT(*NONE) is specified a command dependency should show note the requirement to specify OUTPUT(*PRINT).

IBM believes that the request described has been solved and is available with IBM i 7.5.

The help text for the *XREF value on the OPTION parameter was updated to indicate the cross reference information is included in the precompiler listing.
